1. Introduction

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your d882 Account login credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. d882 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to any inactive Account Balance. d882 will notify the Account holder at the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and completing any required KYC update.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by d882 are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that d882 considers to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: hedging bonus bets across multiple Accounts; systematically exploiting offer mechanics; or using automated scripts to place bonus wagers — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

d882 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, d882 will honour any bonus funds already credited and allow the player to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms. 7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on d882 are final and binding once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when d882 issues a unique bet reference number. Players are responsible for ensuring that the correct selection, stake, and bet type are entered before confirming any wager. d882 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances set out below.

7.2 Bet Voidance
